Non-diving activites

For those wishing to explore the location above the sea surface, there is no shortage of sights and activities.

The local area features a number of established cycle trails in scenic landscapes with a number of attractions en route – we can lend you bikes.

We also have kayaks available if you wish to explore the fine skerries in the area. The archipelago around Rørvik boasts no fewer than 6,000 islands steeped in centuries of legend, folklore and authentic coastal heritage.

The surrounding area is also ideal hiking country for keen walkers.

And for our anglers, NDive is located right in the middle of a fishing paradise. Whether you prefer sea fishing or inland fishing, there’s every chance of catching your own dinner during your stay.

Rørvik is just a short distance away. Here you will find the bank, post office, shops and restaurants. And not to be missed: the spectacular landmark building that houses Norveg – centre for coastal heritage and coastal commerce. Besides its award-winning architecture, the Norveg centre offers exhibitions and cultural activities.

Rørvik is also one of the daily ports of call of the Hurtigruta coastal express boat – offering “The world’s most beautiful sea-voyage”.
